Maren Massey
MA, AMFT

I help people of all ages struggling with loss, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma find peace, healing and growth in their lives. I also help couples and families reconnect with each other so they can find happiness in their relationships again.
I will help guide you through your struggles by providing a secure, non-judgmental, caring, and empathetic environment. For those struggling with past traumatic events, I offer EMDR, brain spotting, or traditional psychotherapy to help process the traumatic experience.
The decision to begin therapy can be intimidating and I would be honored to help you start your journey.

Personal

I primarily grew up in Humboldt and Napa County, spending most of my days with my younger siblings who I remain very close to. After high school, I moved to Sacramento to further my education which led me to find new passions, communities, and connections. On my days off, you can find me spending quality time with my fiancé, siblings, friends, puppy, and cat. I love to craft, bake, garden, and decorate for every possible holiday!
