Victoria Furmuzan,

MA, AMFT

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I understand that these issues can be overwhelming and, often, isolating. Therefore, I am committed to supporting individuals lead a more fulfilling life. As your therapist, I offer a friendly and open environment for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
I believe that meaningful change comes from deepening our understanding of ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.

Clinical Specialties

Personal

I was born and raised in Sacramento after my family immigrated here from Moldova. As a first-generation college student, I developed a strong desire to pursue a career where I could help people gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their upbringing, and backgrounds.

I believe self-care is an essential part of this field, I personally enjoy going on long walks with my goldendoodle, Dolly. On my days off, I typically like spending time outdoors—either paddleboarding, trail running, or biking. I also find joy in cooking, gardening, and immersing myself in a captivating mystery novel.
