I am passionate about helping people who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, tough life transitions, and maneuvering life’s many difficulties. Professional

As a substitute teacher for the past 7 years, I found my love for working with children.  This work has given me valuable insight into the effect academics, friendships, and daily interactions have on our kids.  I cherish having experience not just teaching students about the world in the classroom, but helping them to understand and process their experiences of the world, within the safety of my therapy room.

I began my professional therapeutic journey at a local non-profit agency, where I spent three years working with individuals, children, couples and families. My work there gave me profound experience in addressing mental health concerns and learning the importance of creating interventions unique to each client. I am enjoying helping people lead healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives at The Davis Group, where I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #136002 supervised by Dr. Sean Davis, PhD, LMFT #45885.

I believe in the importance of creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where individuals feel safe to explore their struggles in order to grow and heal. I strive to meet clients where they are to give support, teach coping skills, boundaries and self-acceptance.

Personal

When I’m not working, I thrive being outdoors.  I love running, hiking, camping, and backpacking with my fiancé.  My favorite backpacking destinations so far have been Zion National Park and the Grand Canyon.

When I am at home I enjoy filling my time with board games, puzzles, and snuggling with my cat Otis.  My favorite pastime is meeting my best friend at Peet’s Coffee.
