Often, I help those who are struggling with a feelings such as tension, resentment, or general dissatisfaction, those hoping to rebuild trust with their partners, or those looking for a more meaningful sense of connection with their partners or themselves.
Whether you come to me individually or as a couple, I will walk alongside you as you learn new ways to nurture, deepen, and heal your relationships, including your relationship with yourself. Starting therapy can feel so vulnerable, and I’m here support you as you take your first steps towards the relationship you’ve always longed for.
I look forward to every journey. I’m so glad you’re here.

Education

I am currently pursuing a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy at Alliant International University, here in the Sacramento area.
I earned my Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy also from Alliant. Before that, I earned a Master of Arts in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver.
Professional
I began my career as a therapist working at a nonprofit agency in Sacramento. During my time there, I experienced helping clients from all different walks of life and cultural backgrounds with a wide variety of relationship and mental health challenges.
Typically, I work from the lens of both Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which I have studied and practiced extensively. Through these modalities, I help the individuals and couples I work with feel more secure and connected in their relationships with their partners and themselves.
To me, being a relationship therapist feels like a natural extension of who I am. I love relationships, and I find so much satisfaction and meaning in helping others create closer, more connected relationships with their most important people.
I am a California Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT#152867), supervised by Dr. Sean Davis (LMFT #45885).
